What is quality?

Quality means many things.

It means first and foremost, that the device is uniformity. If you make a million devices, they are all the same.

If the same thing goes through 1000 uses, they are still the same, measured with great precision.

It means something can last.

It means something looks nice.

Quality means details.

Quality means you put in resources to complete multiple steps and achieve amazing results.

Quality is time. Quality is resource well spent.

Quality is a competition. Keep in mind that people perceive quality in a competing environment. To be perceived as high quality, you must spent more money and more time than your competitor. There is no exceptions and there is no shortcuts.
