A talent satisfies three criteria simultaneously.
1. They are aspirational and self-motivated;
2. They are skilled;
3. They are honest and reliable.
It is easy to find motivated but unskilled people. It is easy to find skilled but dishonest people. It is easy to find honest but unskilled people. Talents are difficult.
Talents are attracted to you by your message. They want to do what you want to do.
For your company to have top talent, you must have money to attract them. Top talents work for top dollars and they are a bargain. Second place people work for cheap and they are a waste.
